Burqa is symbol of patriarchal oppression of muslim women for centuries ,similar to purdah system in northern India ,I am against both.

Removing oppressive symbols are signs of progressive and evolving society which school clearly identify.

Saree is a cultural thing. Muslims in gujrat, maharashtra etc wear saree whereas hindus in panjab wear salwar kameez

there are also rules and duties of a citizens not just rights and when you sign in a private institution you have to abide by there rules if you dont you are free to leave

Nobody is stopping you from wearing religious wearing in non institutional place whether be it muslims or hindu or Christian or any other..

Let women decide what is oppressive and what is not. Men are nobodies to regulate our bodies. It is not headach of a woman if a man does not like her all covered up or if a man does not like her wearing skirt or bikini.
