It is funny how she finds the amendments for LAA undemocratic. During her tenure, Bengal has experienced worst cases human right violations, nepotism and corruption through out every hierarchy of her party. While every body on earth could spot one influential TMC leader, accused of murder on stage of a public meeting, he is still absconding in police record. More funny is an well adored professor of Jadavpur university finds himself absconding in police record for a crime he never committed. His only mistake perhaps was he 'dared' to threaten CM's life three years back by forwarding a cartoon which he is still paying for. In her version of 'democracy', detaining someone as Maoist for asking the reason for rising fertilizer prices is not a necessary violation of democratic rights of people of her state. A plenty of her actions and comments have stunned us in the past and will continue to surprise us as ordinary political observers, but unless a decent opposition force gets its hold in Bengal, there seems to be no relief in near future.

I have no qualms, i know most people here are all hard-core hindutva supporters who wants minorities out of this country by labelling them illegals, Bangladeshis, Pakistanis and what not. Sir, am not against army or nation's interest but understand this mamata has never taken any decision that is not in the interest of her people and that's simply the reason why overwhelming majority support her even after all allegations.
