It's a old way of doing a encounter by the police. Kill the target and later reclassify it as a mistake. That's how they killed murtaza bhutto. First killed murtaza and later said he was being mistaken for other dacoits or they simply opened fire at police and invited a police response. At best a one year inquiry of police department with few temporary suspended police men and finally a matter is closed forever with goal achieved.
Police is the best hitmen you can ever hire. Because they can easily hide under the legal umbrella.

Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has expressed deep sorrow over the tragic death of senior journalist and anchorperson Arshad Sharif in Kenya.

In a condolence statement on Monday, ISPR prayed for the departed soul and his family.

“May Allah raise the ranks of Arshad Sharif and grant patience to the family members of the deceased in this hour of sorrow,” stated ISPR.

It is pertinent to mention here that senior journalist and anchorperson Arshad Sharif died last night in Kenya after being shot in the head. This has been confirmed by the Kenyan police.

None of the others were or are as much of a threat to the corrupt Army leadership as Imran Khan and some of his key supporters.

This was a message to IK’s supporters and others in the media and bureaucracy - don’t comply with the Army’s demands and pay the consequences. The Army has tried arrests, media blackouts, threats, intimidation and torture without making a dent in Imran Khan’s support base. This was the only thing left - assassinations.
