Russians are good at community level like say nation or race. That’s why I favour Indo-Russian friendship, people to people contact etc. At individual levels they are evil. Look what they do to each other.

For Americans it’s just the opposite. An American individual is good while American nation/race as a whole is bad.

This happens in school before the age of 16. As children cannot be made to act in movies young adults played the parts just like in Bollywood’s ‘3 idiots’, characters were represented by over aged actors.

Mate that depends on your surroundings there were many bullies in my School but the good thing was our teachers used to take adequate steps to punish them BTW there have been some cases in Delhi were some children have killed elder boys just bcoz they were bullied.

Russia's certainly has it's problems thanks to the collapse and general upheaval it suffered in the 90s. Amongst other things, there is a small but violent white supremacist movement that the authorities are still trying to crush.

But we have to remember the long history of support from Russia that we got and return the favor today so Russia can finish getting back on its feet.

Makes me wonder how many Russians you know, Russians are some of the warmest kindest people i know. There are bullies and thugs in any country but you shouldnt blame the whole population for the actions of the few.
