During time of foreign rule in medieval era, during persecution Indian Bhuddists, many of them found refugee in Tibet.

Its natural, we owe them that much.


Some of the Chinese e-warriors can whine all they want, but doesn't change the fact the Dalai Lama's presence in India today is a consequence of Misleading India on Tibet, by giving false assurances that Tibet would be integrated peacefully.
