The organization of Daesh in Mosul want to rewrite the Holy Quran, removing various verses which the organization allege is distorted and incorrect; according to the “Afaq Al-Iraq” channel from private sources.

As reported by the site of “Al-Mowaten” members of Daesh continued by saying the verses they wish to remove we’re placed by corrupt distorted clerics to serve other religions and sects such as Christianity and others. The report stated that the chapters which the organization of Daesh wish to alter include the chapter of “Al-Kafiroon” and verses of purification.

While it's true they are advancing, most of the villages and cities they captured are majority Sunni Arab. The Sunnis naturally prefer the ISIS even though they are a terrorist organization. I hope the Shiites of Iraq keep this in mind if they ever do "peace" negotiations.
