I would like Shehzad be rested and Kamran playing as a batsmen only

Although i have a trust in Shehzad that he will perform soon... but he is not performing in this series so needs a replacement

Hafeez is handy in the bowling line up too...

I think its a good idea to try Shehzad as a keeper. But this is world cup so not a right time for experiments. Umar Akmal has been used a keeper in past and the gloves must be handed over to him. Shehzad can be tried after the world cup - good suggestion

or else, find professional keeper after the World cup... or persist with Kamran if he can perform better

Shahzad already got 4 matches. But totally failed to give a better start to Pakistan.
I saw all 4 matches and believe me looked like under pressure even against Kenya & Canada as well.
