Shouldnt we wait for the CWG committe to comment on the preparations and accomodations provided as opposed to bending over backwards for some Aussies and Kiwis?
If the CWG committee agrees with them, then we have a problem
Nevertheless....one thing is for sure.....If the CWG are indeed sub par, we need a major overhaul in the way we run things.....
The culprits need to be held accountable....Hopefully we can improve our management techniques and hand jobs of such magnitudes to the likes of NaMo and not useless Putz's like Kalmadi
Exactly!!!! Lets give the Pakistanis their day, Some have been waiting for such news. Lets us not forget the Olympics in China which was met with a lot of skepticism. Let me underline some points here
leadership conceived it, this year's Olympic Games were to mark the country's debut as a global power, with a booming economy and rapidly modernizing society. Instead, it's beginning to look as though the Games could become a showcase for violent repression, censorship and political persecution by a regime that has failed to rise above the level of police state.

Will China "Lose" the 2008 Olympics?
Will China "Lose" the 2008 Olympics?
But as China's leaders begin final preparations for the Games next August, they may be wondering if hosting the event was such a good idea after all. They have significant reasons for doubt.
Pollution risk for Olympic events
BBC SPORT | Pollution risk for Olympic events
Olympic chief Jacques Rogge says air pollution could lead to some events at the 2008 Beijing Games being postponed.
There are scores more but the unwritten rule is many countries will always see India as a Land of snake charmers and the poor. No amount of innovation will change their mind.
While this does not mean we should not own up for our deficiency in the whole thing but how serious is the problem? If there is any solace in this whole fiasco..the games haven't yet begun..so lets hope the coming week has more to cheer for all of us!
