Had it done once ... It didn't do anything ... Maybe too much toxication .. it was bad then

I regret , lost my blood .
Don't do it . This all I can advice based on my experience .

Kiddo, judging by your diet on previous thread, you sound like some underweight girl. Underweight people shouldn't even donate blood let alone going for some therapy and losing blood.

Anyway, do these doctors or quacks don't even check whether people are healthy enough to lose blood or what?
