Nucleus vision did 5-6x first day on Binance even in this bear market, sold some to take out my initial investment of 20 ether and still have 1.4 million Nucleus tokens. Imagine if it reach 50 cent.

venezuela is broke. they natl currency, Bolivar , is worthless. ( low oil prices, hyper inflation, bad policies )

their president, maduro , is a former bus driver now running the country . he is arresting,killing anyone who is speaking against his govt, there is chaos on the streets

they made this petro to raise money in an ICO way ( and claim it is backed by their oil reserves ) .

Ncash is token name, Nucleus Vision is name of project. I talked about this back in December when I've invested 20 ether or $17k back in December 2017 through private sale. Later on they didn't hold ICO for general public. Anyway great project, already have given 4-5x since ICO. Now hoping it will continue to grow in coming months.

They already have working product. First they will start from India and then expand in North America starting from next year.
