The Army is not the answer to everything.Already there is so much burden on the Army and in our nation be it train accidents or floods.. tsunami or someone falling in the borewell..the Army is always called.And using the Army could lead to furthermore problems.

Its high time the para military shows its worth or be called worthless forever.As i said in my earlier post the training needs to be speeded up by opening more jungle warfare schools.Most of the soldiers being killed are ignorant to jungle warfare techniques.And they are not following standard operation procedures as being pointed out by defence analysts.

Nowadays in India everyone wears a patka and calls himself a commando..people should know what material commandos are made up of before calling themselves commandos(i am talking of para military guys).

CRPF jawan training is almost as good as the army jawans. It is the training of the officers that is lacking. What they lack is better tactics. I mean how long will they keep walking into traps? They need off road armoured vehicles and body armour. Even if they walk they should have machine gun support from armoured personnel carriers (BMPs?) Since they are always outnumbered they need machine gun units rather than just assault rifles (just hope that these machine guns are not looted by the naxals)

We need to send the CRPF to Counter Insurgency and Jungle Warfare School (CIJWS), in Vairengte, Mizoram before they take on these Maoists,if we want to reverse the current situation.
