If we take your logic, then what makes you or me a Pakistani? Actually my kids are not even born in Pakistan and their mother is not even Pakistani yet they have Pakistani citizenship only because I am Pakistani. Now i became a Pakistani because my great grandfather decided to move to Karachi way before Partition. If he had not migrated then you would have been calling me a dog aswell.
Now there are millions of us that migrated from other places, alot of them came from Afghanistan before partition. But you don't call them dogs or Iblis now, do you?
As for Afghanistan not accepting Pakistan some 70yrs ago, that was not done by the common people but was done by the govt of Afghanistan. Yes there are people that will tow the line of their country, but thats expected.
So how do we move forward from here, as i see it, if you discriminate now you will only fuel the fire and increase the hatred. The best option is to sort the good ones from the bad ones and kick the bads one out. integrate the good ones and they will counter the propaganda coming from the other side.
Remember alot of these people that you want to kick out are born in Pakistan and their parents were born here too, so all they know is Pakistan and they see themselves as Pakistanis. Yes there are some who you can call "Haram Khors" But then you have people like Altaf and his supporters, but i don't see anyone calling for kicking out all Muhajirs from India. You have people like Tarek Fatah, who is Karachi born Punjabi but i don't see anyone calling all Punjabis as Haram Khors.
If ones ancestors were in Pakistan circa partition they are Pakistani (and of course if they accepted the idea of Pakistan which the vast majority of them did). If they came after like the vast majority Afghan refugees then no. No. and No! Pakistan did not come into being in 1979.
I am not born in Pakistan either but still Pakistani by virtue of blood.
Do not fall for this jus soli disease. It will be the demographic death of Pakistan.
If your great grandfather had not migrated, you probably would never have any link to Pakistan and we would not be having this conversation in the first place.

I have met many common Afghans in the UK (who came on Pakistani passports). Guess what the majority opinion regarding Pakistan is? You see once they have no need of Pakistan as they are now settled in the UK, the real vitriol comes out....

Muhajirs came circa Partition when Pakistan came into being from what is now Bharat as per their wishes to have a independent Muslim country. That was the bloody whole point of Pakistan!! Those Muslims of British India who wanted a Muslim homeland could then go to Pakistan.
Afghanistan was never part of British India. Was it?? They were independent already! So when Pakistan allowed them in in 1979 it was as refugees not as citizens like when Pakistan came into being. There is a difference. Especially when the Afghans came from a country that arrogantly refused (and still refuses) to accept Pakistan.
Even if there was no terrorism emanating from Afghanistan and there was no link with Afghan refugees in Pakistan. I would still advocate repatriation most vehemently. Why? It is demographic suicide to accept wily nily people from a nation that arrogantly refuses to accept your own existence. It is just bloody foolish!
You are correct, the good ones need to be sorted out but that is gonna be very difficult due to many reasons, one of which will be bloody Pakistanis putting others' interests over Pakistan's.
It would be better to repatriate all to Afghanistan and then sort them out over there.
Also what is a good Afghan? Is it one who says with his tongue that he accepts Pakistan?? Nope. Not enough. Prove it with action.
