As I said gov money from CHINA central gov may give little attention to profits even losing money they CCP can handle it,I think you and I can agree that the 60billions USD from CHINA gov shows sino-pak good relationship,AND i support this CPEC between two govs....
and,if possible,I would like personally donate 200 000 yuans to PAKISTAN and yet
zero yuan to North Korea coz they do not respect anyone whatever good deeds you provide!
But for private investors,do not count them for none proft deeds,they can not afford losing money,even JACK MA has to eventually report to his shareholders!

CHINA debts are not serious as you think,you have been brainwashed,go check jap and usa debts before put fingers on chinese debts! or you would say the debt rate of jap 276% over its GDP are faked as well by world bank!

why we need to own it when china gov offer us a much more beeter deal? i mean tons of compensation money (a lot of people get rich by this way,this i admit)and free apartments(sell it later means tons of money)!

the GDP per capita of china would reach 9125USD at the end of 2017 and my family 150 000USD this year!
