it will spare the people to travel long distance(especially given the mountainous terrain of KPK) in order to find justice for a family, personal dispute, it will also relief loads of work for peshawar high court?

I think these buses will be susceptible to attacks, depending on what kind of cases will be disputed.

How hard is it to drive a car laden with explosives into these buses?

I think these are good in the sense that areas like Wat Paga etc will now have access to the legal system of Pakistan, which they never did before. Thinking out of the box!

in KPK esp when small disputes go as far as to claim several lives and where a small dispute becomes an enitre tribal war and so many crimes

in such place providing instant and cheap justice will curb many crimes

Watpaga is pro IK, in fact most of the area around Faqirabad and Hayatabad are very welcoming of him and his party. Obviously there are other dimensions, but this will bring the umbrella of the Pakistani legal system to where no other government has been able to extend the reach of the law.

Because Jirga's are not documented, their is no oversight, there is no official record of what has transpired no dictum, no precedent nor any case history. This is a good step.

every case doesnt need to have the lawyers and all that, small disputes can be resolved without consulting the lawyer, every person is a lawyer himself
