China will deflate instantly if America stops buying from it. China runs on Western Europe and American buying power.

I dont know what does the land mass has to do with trade here. but let me give you few over 300 billion dollar reasons why China cant confront America. yes its the net trade between the two countries. China's double digit growth is thing of the past. its military power is based on some hacking of American systems and Russian clones.

just one American battle group anchored in Pearl Harbor can sink the entire Chinese Navy and if America launches its cyber attack then it will fry all Chinese command and control systems in a matter of moments. these are just hard facts and I haven't even scratched the surface.
only Russia has the power to hold on its own against America. and when you talk America dont forget Western Europe they are both joined at the hip. both have the purchasing power to cripple China even without deploying their forces if they stop buying.

China is an independent country. China doesn't need anyone buying Chinese products just as America doesn't need anyone buying American products.

its purchasing power alone has made a lot of emerging markets and aspiring super powers.
call it whatever but American military might is a defining factor in the world and America has the power to shape the world with its military might
