Indian DRDO head in 2016 already told that by 2017 -18 ABM system will be deployed in Delhi and Mumbai and after that Govt.

testing is continuous process and it will keep on going to test new technologies replacing old ones.

S-400 is Multi tasking System ( from Plane to Misslie) , While Indian ABM is only design to stop Ballistic Missiles and not planes.
