Could DCS World be training tool for PAF?

I came across a game a few days ago that seemed interesting enough to me and I started watching more videos about it. The game as stated in the title is called DCS World which stands for Digital Combat Simulator World. I was wondering, could the game be a training tool for really new JF-17 pilots, and F-16 pilots. This system complete is 100% cheaper than a dedicated flight simulator and much cheaper to operate which still being able to teach valuable skills that can help future pilots.
Optimal hardware for the simulator are listed below along with their prices.
i5-8400 which is more than enough to run this game.
$204 USD

GTX 1070
$400 USD

250 GB hard drives
$30+ USD

Logitech G X56 H.O.T.A.S.
$250 USD

Thrustmaster pedals
$90 USD

Oculus rift
$400 USD

20 of these systems is roughly 20000 USD which is way cheaper than the 2 or 3 million USD systems in service now. This is the bare minimum in equipment so if better equipment was wanted systems could cost 10000+ as the USAF spends on these.

Even the USAF is experimenting with the simulators.

This system being much cheaper than 1 million dollars can teach similar functions to it.

This system could also help pilots at home for training as demonstrated by this USAF F/A-18 pilot flying the DCS simulator.

If Pakistan is using this already or something similar I apologize. Please tell me your opinions on my thoughts.

I have no idea where I read that or if its true.

Also I love DCS.

My rig at home was custom built with DCS in mind.

I used to play SU-27 Flanker wayyyyyyyy back in the day in the mid 90's which eventually evolved into Lock On and now DCS.

Its made for hobbyists, not exactly pilots. Imagine paying hundreds of dollars on each account just for a jet or a mission. Not good.

Real pilots have said it is better than their flight simulators, and actually feels like real combat sometimes. I said it could help with weapon systems if controls are identical. I know the USAF uses the A-10C flight simulator irl for training crew members because training systems are outdated.

I suppose establishing a facility equipped with DCS at Cadet College Sargodha won't hurt. It'll prepare young cadets in flight aptitudes way before they sit in a cockpit.

US Air National Guard used DCS World for converting pilots from A-10 to A-10C. The simulator can actually show how to use PGMs, Mavericks, etc. I assume the experience would be more realistic if some type of G-Force simulator was added.

Its the best simulator 0ut there f-16 block 50 has been relewaed and jf 17 thunder is being relewaed in 2019 as well.

Its the most realistic aircraft simulator in the world. Atleast for tactics its good. But pakistan air force has more realistic simulators just as advanced as united states and turkish ones.

I practice 1 mission task in f-15 or f-16 each day after sehri. It is very very realsitic f-15c is like a game but other aircraft are very complicated takes months to understand them

Yes, I agree Pakistan does have advanced simulators that are expensive. I'm saying new cadets that have no cockpit experience could try out flying the F-16 or JF-17. Agree with @Horus?
