They will obviously try to downplay the situation. They have no choice but to make excuses for their stupidity. Our officials are saying the exact same thing, I wonder if they were briefed by WHO.

AND NOTICE WHAT HE DID AT 0:16
Really? Shall we do that? Shall we just build a wall between Sindh and Punjab tomorrow?
Iran failed to take it seriously. Iran failed to check for symptoms and screen pilgrims on its side of the border. Iran failed to cancel large scale gatherings in holy cities where transmission would be inevitable. Iran knew it couldn't handle an outbreak and would have to send pilgrims back to Pakistan with a substantial chance of them being carriers. Iran really didn't give a damn and undid all the hard work of other decent nations within a couple of days.
Pakistan and half of Europe has been donated this virus thanks to returnees from Iran.
Thank you Iran. Make sure the virus spreads to Chabahar so that Pakistan might yet gain something from Iranian incompetence.
That is a legit concernFailure to understand that Iran can be a vector in the face of a possible pandemic, is my point. If the state is to adopt measures against an emerging pandemic, it should consider all possible channels of transmission in its calculations.
People coming from Iran, brought the virus to Pakistan. Celebration time.
GOP denying entry of Pakistani nationals in China to homeland, now appears to be an excercise in futility. Those nationals will be furious that it was very easy for a national to step into Pakistan from Iran but not them.
On return from TAFTAN
My God, this tweet is hilarious !!!
I hope this guy doesn’t carry the virus.
Pakistan very dense population but inefficient health care system is really gonna look bad. Pakistan should lock down provinces where people are returning from Iran so it doesn't spread to other provinces inadvertently.
Pakistan has pulled together during Dengue
The situations are different. Our pilgrims in Iran were at greater risk staying in Iran than the Pakistani students staying in Wuhan. It is for this reason that the pilgrims were permitted home - essentially an acceptance of Iranian incompetence and forcibly recovering our citizens DESPITE the risk of them being carriers.Failure to understand that Iran can be a vector in the face of a possible pandemic, is my point.
