Oh yeah, and not allowing India to annex Indian Occupied Kashmir.

Pakistani military gets told what to do under thrice democratically elected PM Nawaz Sharif and the appropriate funds are allocated to them.

When military concentrates on the borders, it succeeds and there's ample proof of it and every one respects them. But when they try to run the country, they always fail miserably leading to civicil wars, separation and foreign annexation.

They loose respect nationally and internationally.

They have now spent nearly two decades begging the world to recognise their sacrifices and at the same time at home, they've launched fourth generation mumbo jumbo to create an alternative history to hide their failures, making excuses or blaming their poor decision-making on others.

If I remember it correctly the military-created and supported MQM Altaf Hussain's barbaric reign also ended in Karachi during Prime Nawaz Sharif's third tenure.

Sindh will forever remain grateful to Nawaz Sharif for purging this terrorist organization not once, but twice. PPP mein itna dum nahi tha.
