It is very difficult to catch up with development in China, even one of which would make numerous headlines in other developing countries. In most cases, in China, great achievements are underreported due to the speed of development.

That's a reality we have to live with, my friend.

A Mainland colleague of mine was telling, half jokingly, that maybe we should slow down a little bit, development is too fast to even comprehend and I told him "in other places, people complain their governments are too Dotard and slow, and here you are complaining China's government is too fast and development is almost mind boggling."

Pho resto opening in Saigon is not worth a news, but in Germany is. Until recently Chinese resto occupied most of popular places in shopping centers, rail stations or popular streets but now they die like dinosaurs. Nearly all including new opened resto are of Vietnamese.

The Chinese believe they have become superpower now and want to be treated as such. Too bad. The Germans don’t care. They want someone who can work harder than the Chinese and have found in Vietnamese.
