Consider total ban on beef across nation in 3 months, HP HC tells Centre

What I eat is absolutely my business... dont give a sh*t about your sentimental BS :=)

Hahaha try harder... Let me enjoy my beef now :)

That has been amply demonstrated.

Which is why there is a need for a Law that will ensure you comply with the demands of secularism. ............ you pull that stunt any place outside kerala, you run the risk of being lynched :coffee:

Indian constitution does not define the world secularism you fool. :P

. .
And does it specifically define the terms: Sovereign, republic, justice etc etc etc?

Are you really that stupid?

LOL........of course it does you moron.

The constitution of India is a Legal document and all legal terms used have to be clearly defined.

E.g. THIS is the legal definition of "Sovereign" as per the Constitution of India,

The word sovereign means supreme or independence. India is internally and externally sovereign - externally free from the control of any foreign power and internally, it has a free government which is directly elected by the people and makes laws that govern the people. She allies in peace and war. The Popular sovereignty is also one of the basic structure of constitution of India. Hence, Citizens of India also enjoy sovereign power to elect their representatives in elections held for parliament, state legislature and local bodies as well. People have supreme right to make decisions on internal as well as external matters. No external power can dictate the government of India. India’s membership of the commonwealth or of the United Nations does not impose any external limit on her sovereignty. The Commonwealth is a free association of sovereign Nations. It is no longer British Commonwealth. India does not accept the British Queen as the head of state. The sovereignty empowers India to either acquire a foreign territory or cede a part of its territory in favour of a foreign state.

The message of equality comes from religious scriptures and even the defination of the Indian nation.

Bhagvat Gita and Quran message is the same when its about human equality.

Chapter 4, Verse 7
Whenever and wherever there is a decline in religious practice, O descendant of Bharata, and a predominant rise of irreligion—at that time I descend Myself.

Chapter 4, Verse 11
All of them—as they surrender unto Me—I reward accordingly. Everyone follows My path in all respects

"O Mankind: We created you from a male and a female; and made you into tribes and nations that you may get to know each other. and verily, most honored before God is the most virtuous." – Qur’an English Translation [49:13]

Equality is the basis of secularism which we find in Vedas and Quran.

“ Sam samidyuvase vrishannagne visvaanyaarya aa | Ilaspade samidhyase sa no vasoonyaa bhara || “ – Rig: 10-191-1

Oh Almighty and Adorable God ! In the whole universe Thou dost the work of harmonizing and uniting, and most fully reveal Thyself in the world. We therefore, beseech Thee to bestow upon us in every way all the means that will enable us to live in peace and harmony.

“Samaanee prapaa sahavoanna bhagaha samaane yoktre saha vo yunajmi |samyanchognim saparyataaraa naabhimivaabhitah ||” – Atharva : 3-30-6

O you men! may your water reservoirs be common; may the shares of food be enjoyed jointly. I unite you all under the yoke of common code of conduct with one another. Worship the Lord of Lustre congregationally, just as the spokes touch the hub from all sides.

Ok, but the main principle of secularism is to separate state from religion.

The first main point of Indian Consitution is equality and this point comes from Vedas, the first divine revelation which was revealed on ancient Indian tribes.

Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan ( the president of India and interpreter of Hinduism). Dr Radhakrishnan defined secularism as equal respect to all religions and never should be considered as irreligious.

Religion is part of Indian nation and Indians are God fearing people in majority.

The whole nation stood together for the construction of Somnath Temple . Why ?

Yes, the people of India are very religious... (Too religious, since there is no other democracy where people hack each other to pieces (literally) because of their beliefs like in India).
And yes, sometimes it might be necessary for the state to intervene into religious matters, if the population is simply to volatile and immature due to lack of economic and social development.
But there this is a very thin line, and starting to dictate to others what they can eat or not is already a dangerous act.
The recent surge of mental online orgasms of some right wingers is good sign for it.

.
My neighbour owns a cow. Recently it gave birth to a male calf. Off late I was noticibg that the calf was getting weaker and weaker.

I asked him why is it so? He said that he does not want it. Nobody wants to purchase it also. His only option is to starve it and let it die.

Horrendous... I must say!

You are already giving the answer.

Cattle smuggling is loss of state revenues and here only state is trying to put a mechanism by which the collected revenues can be put in development projects which can reduce poverty.

Your neighbour can go to the nearest Government Vet. Hospital .

If you give your location , i will post the address of the Nearest Gov. Vet. Hospital.

.
yes, i am sure he would have seen sense in 2014 and regretted his following of the western bloc trail.

kim il sung??

why isn't there a space in that info-graphic for the american presidents during korea war, truman and eisenhower, whose anti-human efforts led to the deaths of four million north koreans??

or perhaps anti-nato lives don't matter to the creators of such disinfo nonsense.
The statistics do not even count the butchers of history like Bush and Obama whose policies have led to the deaths of far more than these. Western bias pervades the chart.

.
What a kind of idiotic judgement that is. Unique ID for cows? And our govt is struggling to achieve 100% unique ID to its citizens of India.
For how long a state can feed the cows when my brethens are living without food? There is a limit to which craziness can be emphasized, and least expected from a respected High Court.
