yes, radar will be klj-7 with some modifications and increased range ~120-130 km

I thought the range was already somehow already "increased" 140 km as some of the pakistanis have been saying.

Maybe next time we could work on a retractable refueling tube? or a smaller version of J10B AESA radar for JF17 BLOCK 3?

JF-17 first squadron was completed in early 2010. Tejas first squadron won't be ready till late 2015 at the earliest. By then, JF-17 Block 2 would be introduced. Tejas still lacks DSI and MAWS, standard on JF-17 Block 1. JF-17 Block 2, which is in serial production, introduces AESA, IRST, wide angle holographic HUD.

DSI is not criteria for a advance fighter & who says you that Tejas would not have MAWS
Any source for above bolded comments.
First develop 6 axis FCL in ADA language.

We are qtarting atm a series of article about asian airplanes, one wasalready posted by the main author on j10.
