Yes! You know the Koushi-Byo (Confucian Temple) that was built in Nagasaki was built by Chinese immigrants in Japan back in 1893. The funds to build it were given by the Qing Dynasty, interestingly enough !
Btw, added information is that the temple was damaged by the Atom Bomb that hit Nagasaki in 1945, but the main altar that had housed the icon of Koushi Sensei was not destroyed. The original icon of the Koushi Sensei remains there. It is a very popular temple in Nagasaki, and many Japanese go there for spiritual contemplation.
