Pakistan cannot use any Turkish aircraft projects as most of those uses american engines.

Not long ago, US denied Turkey to sell its gunship helicopters to Pakistan because those helicopters are using American engines. Same is the case with Hurjet.

Pakistan won't be using TFX with US engines as well. If and when Turkish engines OR other alternatives would be ready then will be able to receive it.



And L-15 is probably the best for PAF considering 80% of airforce of chinese tech ( JF-17s IIs, block3s, J-10Cs )

L-15 is one of best in its class anyways, many airforces are considering it.

Maybe PAF doesn't want JFT to get the tag of a "trainer" aircraft as its mainly a multirole is fighter aircraft, thus going for dedicated LIFT.

F16, F-15, Mig-29, SU30, Rafale etc had trainer variants, but not a LIFT variant.

No PAF don't need lots of them. Also they need it now.

yeah if we are allowed to use chinese engines and turks agree to it only then turk arms makes sense to us as of now otherwise it will again be a game of sanctions

Relax man.....pg are front line fighters n were/are never used as LIFT.
FT 7 were used as LIFT n are being used n will be used until a new LIFT platform is inducted.

I will state it again the looses at mianwali were of decommissioned ac...mostly.
