last i checked mqm was attached to ppp like a parasite during last 5 years and recently zardari bahi and altaf bahi were in contact to deal with rangers and operation even Dr Shahid Masood reported that all the arrangements were done for including mqm in sindh government "yet again" with lucrative ministries for a "powerful alliance" but the most unfortunate incident of people dying of heat wave,water shortage and load shedding happened(another establishment conspiracy) putting water on the deal and postponing mqm joing sindh government

That was 2 years ago and MQM suffered Heavily for that as well. The whole Reason PTI even got any support was due to this PPP MQM alliance otherwise PTI would be nothing more then another PMLN in Karachi. The current MQM Opposition is in Sindh Assembly at least is working quite Proactively and has reduce the sentiments to an extent while PTI Provincial team is totally Failed so far relying only on Anti MQM Rhetoric. So dont expect Karachi is easy fight for PTI as MQM has got its Roots in it and they had been so strong that even establishment didnt able to break it in past in current circumstances their roots can only Damage but wont going to break.

There is no way British Police would release confession statements like this, these are meant to be taken into courts and not given to media. This sounds like bullshit.

I could only think of two reasons.
1. MI6 has grown angry with MQM-Since MQM is not going along with their plans of separating Karachi & Hyderabad from Pakistan.

This may hurt MQM in the short run but in the long run it would HAUNT Their opponents because MQM would survive like the way they did in 1990s as their Supporters have already understood the value of Documents so called Evidences that doesnt even won a single CONVICTION till now. One must understand psyche of supporters of reactionary parties like MQM. MQM supporters would have already started to talk about 90's operations and any further action against the party will consolidate its vote bank even further. People who would have strayed in last few years will also come back for the "cause". This will make MQM even more powerful. I will accept a leadership change in MQM only if they also rename their party to something more generic and stop ethnic politics.

First you change the leadership of corrupt Nora league and rename this party...This party is filled with scandals and even audio, video evidence available and shahbaz sharif was caught buying the judge.

PA needs to play hardball here. They agree to these terms or MQM gets dismembered.

MQM enjoys support of everyone in karachi, even people working in army also vote for MQM in karachi..... MQM is becoming more popular after such discremenation of government towards karachites.
