try duck vindhaloo with vinegar, chicken jhalfrezi, malai shrimp curry of Calcutta (anglo indian style) trust me those are some tasty stuff & are a must , our family in Karachi has bought with them a lot of the anglo indian food style traditions from calcutta

Actually bro i was once engaged to an anglo . things did not work out but i fell in love with their food, dated her for 6 yrs. i think i was more in love with her mothers cooking

Dude, will we get these preparations in any Pakistani Restaurant in US. I am searching for proper Pakistani food for quit some time, but never found any. These seem to be really the ones I am looking for. I have had food in a number of Pak restaurants but all are Indianised and very similar to what we get in India.

I don't think you will find any restaurant in US or Canada which sells exactly same taste food as in Pakistan, i had searched alot, although the taste is awesome but not the same. I will recommend you 'Kabab King', they sell Balochi sajji for $350[full](could be more less depending if you are buying quarter or half).

Are you referring the 'Kabab king' Restaurant in Jackson Heights ? Is it goat or chicken? It'll be good if it's chicken as in case of goat we'll have to go in a huge gang to finish it!

Yes the 'Kabab King' at Jackson Ht. It is goat one, i dunno if they have chicken one or not, the thing is that for me the real Sajji is the goat one.

Just off the college - went with some friends after taking one of the friend's father's hunting rifle and paid someone Rs 10 to hunt for us - went to a nearby lake flush with wild birds as it was just after rainy season - killed some wild birds and brought it home and cooked them in the backyard - tasted awesome but later found out it was illegal and would have got arrested under the wildlife act -
