Nice attempt, the rotis look well baked! Are the kababs supposed to look this dark, and dry? Almost as if they were smoked first. Nevertheless, must be tasty food.
 
I will told tou one secret .if you cook you will not taste it bad no matter hiw really bad it was.:p:
I forgot to give vinegar so it was rubbery. Also I cooked it in a pan it's difficult to make kebabs in a pan

next time just fry on pan but should be very thin.. like chappal kebab..
making using seekh and on coal is an art...

Also never put vinegar in kebab. It just makes no sense. You will ruin the meat.

The secret to a good seekh kebab is onion juice. Makes it fluffy and juicy.
