Tbh in my country the kebabs look like bihari kebab. But people call ot seekh kabab.

I made using local recipes.

@DalalErMaNodi look at @PakSword picture. The Bihari Kebab he mentioned is sold under the brand name of Seekh kebab in Bangladesh. I think the shopkeepers fool us.

Dude, seekh kabab are done on "seekh", which is a special skewer for kabab to ensure they are cooked on charcoal BBQ from all sides. Also, seekh kabab are made of mince meat, I dont see that anywhere.

What does it matter bro, Kebab is kebab.

There is a difference in taste of all kind of Kababs.

Bihari Kababs aren't made of minced meat, but they are marinated with meat tenderdizer for a few hours before being put on a charcoal flame. Seekh Kababs are made of minced meat and they have different spices/ onion mixed before they are put on charcoal flame.

There are many more Kababs and they all taste and look different.

in all fairness it can be called kebab because kebab is basically derived from a turkish word that means roasted meat.
BUT it cant be called a seekh kabab because this term specifically orignated in indo pak region reffering to minced meat roasted on coal using a skewer.
