The whole Saudi/UAE angle with Qater will self resolve we need to close our sales for Thunder

I personaly am of opinion that we can actually

a) Offload PIA to Qater for 25 year open access to their airlines in Pakistan new planes
b) Sell them 100 Thunders

Hopefully the other Arab regional countries will also see the light quickly

All those lovely Boeings / Airbus in Qater Airline would do justice to Air Travel inside Pakistan and long destination would be fantastic to travel on the brand new planes Qater Airline has

And JF17 would do wonders for Qater's Airspace defence

Yes it could be done most things in all Rifles are same so yes first machinery has to be upgraded. Some rifles only have few different machinery most are same machinery used in every Rifle production
