He won't be but he should be.
Its very unlikely that he will get out without a trial now. His only bet atm seems to be a presidential pardon after his sentence.

I don't know what the hell is going on in his head, didn't expect it.No, a free press is important. Let them be uncensored.
Let's see.....Its very unlikely that he will get out without a trial now. His only bet atm seems to be a presidential pardon after his sentence.
If you write the constitution on a piece of paper.. will it stop a bullet?
The Army over country. Brute Force over Law. Yes, it all remains the same.
Who is the real Boss here? The one per the Constitution or the one with the most guns?
Aren't they ruling? Isn't NS government negotiating with them?Agreed but you also remember in vigilant nations generals like Yehya, Zia and Musharag hangs in gallows too.
Right to Rule rest with civilians. If guns give any body right to rule then Taliban. Alqaida USA etc also has guns.
People are praying for this intervention, the silent majority. If that does not happen then the game will be over soon.Nothing will occur, this is just to show the army's reservations on the treason trial. I believe Kayani also used similar language, but generally stayed away from political affairs.
Right now, the army can't afford to do anything more than talk, removing the current government from power would be disastrous for Pakistan, and the people wouldn't tolerate such an intervention after experiencing Musharraf's rule.

Musharraf will be tried no matter how many warning shots are fired
And what would the army gain from this? The army has already stated it will stay away from politics, so any "leaks" will be associated with the army quite quickly. What do you think will happen then? It won't be as simple as the army taking over, or the government resigning. When scandals happen, it's generally taken to parliament and scrutinized by the opposition.Naive assessment.
The Army -> ISI -> MI are sitting on a treasure as far a intelligence is concerned.
If they started leaking stuff about politicians; they will have a very tough time staying in power.

No he is not... and mark my words, Govt. will never be able to prove him traitor. You know its a lie and even the enemies of Pakistan know it.
Don't spread rumors & conspiracy theories for just a pathetic Musharraf, If ISI has any substantial evidence let it be placed to the media and judiciary.
