even if he has evidence, which i doubt, he should/would not share at CNN... Having said that he should be able to raise suspicion and file and FIR and then the investigations will either throw them in the bucket of garbage or prove them to be right. In any case, I would doubt imran wants any of these arrests he just want to point the fingers in the right direction and ultimately gain political mileage. Can't blame him.

Absolutely not. What has happened as the "investigation" is simply inadequate and should not be the end of the matter. A proper investigation is needed, wherever it may lead. However, that is not the tradition in Pakistan for many reasons.

Does anyone think his evidence is admissible in any criminal court/trial? Generally, criminal courts look for proof beyond reasonable doubt. His comments can at best be described as suspicions.

"Evidence" doesn't have any worth or credibility at a national level, especially for countries like Pakistan where there are kangeroo courts opening at midnight and people's blood platelets fluctuating based on the political situation.

It's just a convenient way to legitimise your actions by exerting political power. But the reality is known by the common people, even if others choose to remain ignorant.

"Facts" and their supporting evidences are decided by those at the top, and why would they implicate themselves?

I can see the conundrum here:
IK wants to paint that the Est is behind the attack
Est wants to say the beneficiary of this incident was IK so probably IK himself did this?

unless a neutral enquiry can determine who is right, they will all be just allegations

but I don't think both parties will even agree on a neutral party.

Maybe she was hinting how can people believe it is not a false flag operation. Because, if it was an assassination attempt, why were the assassins so incompetent (or so skillful) as to cause only minimal injury?
