First if husband owns the house than sorry to but its his house and he can ask her to leave the house you can't force husband to keep the wife that it only going to increase trouble for her. Husband owns the house and he can ask wife to leave the house the forcing her to staying and throwing man out of the house is formula for more violence

But how the law is against Quran ? Whereas Quran says that Husband must behave nicely and calmly with wife. This law is only enforcing that law because Muslim men are/is violating quranic injunction.

But hey Like I said, Mullah boys and their fatwas are mostly based on tunnel vision. tunnel vision means very narrow and limited understanding. Which is to run society on 7th century tribal model forgetting We are not Arabs, nor we are tribals, Nor we follow arabic customs.

Yes it says that off course it says that but it also doesn't say if violence happens than you throw man out of his own house. Than process is talk sense into him and if doesn't listen than contact Qazi and get a divorce. We are Muslims and we follow Quran and Sunnah and any attempt to follow western crap will fire back and will result in more violence. What Government needs to do is create women shelters that in case a family doesn't accept women back or she has no family than she can take shelter here until she gets divorce and Government instead of passing these dumb laws should make sure they provide here training and help her stand on her feet and getting married to some sane person.

this bill is directly imported from the west, this is the Actual Problem, otherwise Islamic laws are always there to deal with the issue of domestic violence ---- there's no point in importing West thing, when we already have the solution to this problem.

regarding the Bill being contrary to Sharia,
sit down with a qualified scholar ( not a Mullah) and he will point out the clauses which are contrary to Sharia.

. .
Good couple never quarrel first of all.
Good males never hurt women with out treason.
This law is generated for divorce in families. Indeed the strict condition in law will deliberately creating divorces.

Problems is for those illiterate & even educated women who try to exaggeration or using this law to domain males, therefore they will annulled their marriage from our social & cultural, religious system.
We have seen families where normal clash are part of families, thereafter they will normal. But this time rules are changed, any police involvement will create two conditions.
One of them is exploring money from families or applying this law.
It is confirmed that males never bear this grab behavior & given divorce to these silly women's.
These are all about for ill prepared government sanity.
There is conspiracy going to frighten pious & decent families against this law.

But good opportunity for lovers, & Randwas to avail women from other males.

This is Taliban thought.

This law will not effected for violent males, because they need other way to correct in life.

One of them is called Socialization.
