School is not supposed to just made a student learn maths and science but to make her/him a civilised being. Since kids have insecurities about a lot of stuffs, hence the uniform for a child's healthy growth. Means no one is better or worse than you.

Anyway i don't know how it does down there in that part of the world, here there will be an agreement signed with parents and guardians regarding school rules which are to be adhered with else do private tuition.

Relaxing dress code for one student is wrong ..There are so many alternatives for parents ..Dress code is particularly there to remove discrimination between students and its laughable to say school is discriminating with its strict imposition of dress code
