Go to any government educational institution, and you will find non Muslims as per their quota, getting admissions despite lower marks than Muslims. Try that in India.
Likewise quotas is Army and all government jobs, where they get employed despite often but not always, having lower qualifications and experience than Muslims. Again, try that in India.
Plus the few, countable on fingers, forced conversion cars you mentioned, have been through court, news media and social media. Widely condemned by Muslims and state, and the non Muslims provided justice.
Again try that in India. The people involved in forced conversation of Muslims will get BJP tickets, and zero condemnation from Indian Hindus.
