There is no win against you sir so i will become France and let you do the hard work.
There is no majority in India as Hinduism is not a binary religion and i will advocate further saying it is not religion at all.
My only grouse?
They churn out bhakts without issuing brains to them. They come out with a factory-fitted braying imitation of patriotism, and the lack of a brain behind their statements is clearly evident.
My only grouse is that one or two of them land up on PDF.
I have but two thoughts to offer on this.
a) "Patriotism is the last refuge of a scoundrel" (http://samueljohnson.com/refuge.html), and,
b) Whatever half-baked thought some bhakt cooks up on the pages of PDF (as to what he will 'allow' and 'not allow' in India) has as much value as used toilet tissue...
There are plenty of thread already posted supporting the claim... go back and read, there are no BD muslims in Assam.
Aladin skyscrapper already in implementation phase. The Japanese investor already paid for the land...
Keep your finger crossedThreads and cherry picked videos with non-authority ppl speaking opinions do not constitute any proof (there is no hard proof of the numbers by religion, since religion is not the basis the citizenship document process goes by).
Just like you will see nothing happen with alladin skyscraper (and here you are still deluding yourself lol).
The very exercise of NRC is ongoing one (and not been delineated yet on religion by negative status...since that is not relevant to the primary/secondary document proof process)...there is probably around 50-50 split, but lets see what it is in the end:

Half in agreement.
Used toilet paper MIGHT have useful applications as organic manure.
EXCEPT Muslims. This is Donald Trump nationalism.
Explain. This is factually wrong btw...if you have dug things up past what the media presented in skewed way. Was Jimmy Carter a "Donald Trump Nationalist" too?
The new bill provides for Indian citizenship to be granted to refugees from every religion except Islam. Is that skewed?
Donald Trump favours immigration from white countries, and is opposed to immigration of people of colour. Is that not of this type?
Yes they should not have done it by basis of religion (rather simply are you refugee fleeing hostility). Its simple vote bank politics again. As you can see the Indian constitution is not robust/simple enough in the end for dealing with this issue fairly....political might essentially makes right.
Trump is in favour of merit based immigration system. In fact he has often asked why the US doesnt even have a system like what Canada has (a points based merit system based on Canada's economic requirements). Media gave certain soundbites of his far more exposure than other ones to paint their own narrative on it.
I thought you were referring to the trump travel ban on certain muslim countries (which is why I brought up Jimmy Carter)...my mistake. I think we already discussed that one previously.
Nothing can happen in the US like a religion based/ethno-based etc citizenship bill (like this one in India) given 1st amendment...(this was what was violated under FDR during WW2 regarding japanese americans in the US). There has to be other reasons at stake for things like travel bans (i.e the security/vetting apparatus of the source country being in disrepute or active hostility to the US). In fact this has quite a long litigation precedent in the US thanks to Castro sending criminals hidden among the cuban boat refugees during the cold war....and of course Jimmy Carter bringing in sanctions against Iran (including a travel ban) after their revolution (and storming of US embassy in Tehran).
In effect, an ethnicity-based citizenship screening is exactly what did happen to the Japanese-Americans in WWII.
Yes thats what I said. But it was found to be illegal action by SCOTUS after. Thus a volume of precedent to prevent it from happening again, much like the lessons learned from the Civil war. You simply can't have a citizenship bill delineated by religion passed and held in the US (however much political parties are able to legislate it and a president signs it)...because SCOTUS will come down on it.
The travel ban stuff on the 8 countries or so (who happen to be Muslim majority) + North Korea (who you will notice are not muslim majority) was done so on non-religious grounds i.e security based vetting process of source country...in fact those countries were originally identified by a process set by the Obama admin, not Trump. It went to the SCOTUS and was upheld as legal.
If it were muslim based, the main affected countries would be Indonesia + subcontinent as these have the largest muslim populations. But they never were part of the travel ban list, given their vetting is deemed to be sufficient for US immigration.
