CIA: Destroying democracy worldwide since 1953

What did you just call me?! If I'm right Kutti is not nice word
well that is why i said it in Urdu the sentence basically means
"Son of Bitch"
it certainly is not nice:angry:
but thats what i feel about US
no one likes Uncle Sam

And why do you guys care about it so much? It's Turks's country after all and not yours so Turks will be the one to suffer from that if Erdo is crowned as a Sultan, Khalif, Dictator etc and not you, so why do you care?

Do you think any Turk cares about what happens in India, or who governs you etc.? The answer is No...
I don't even know who are the main political parties there I honestly I don't care.

And when we ask the same question to Turkey, they looses their freaking mind..:lol:

Turkey is a hypocrite country who tries to meddle every country's internal matter. But they can't handle when someone gives some comment about Turkey's own abysmal internal failures.

Eg. Mr Thinnest skinned President gives statement about hanging of militant leaders in Bangladesh and Kashmir in India, but can't handle when someone asks why he is trying to grab absolute power in Turkey.

best example of hypocrite.:D

We didn't put Pinochet in power, the Americans did, but yes he did hold elections after the Communist were eliminated.
20 year after that . the coupe was in 1970 the military ruled till 1990.

Many people think "Democracy" is the only thing the US is supposed to protect....it is not....the founding principle is FREEDOM....democracy is a part of it...religious freedom(secularism) and economic freedom(capitalism) are also important parts of it....the US has a duty to protect all three around the world...most of the time they don't come as a package....that's when the US has to make the hard choice of choosing one or two of those things...and it does...sometimes it fails...sometimes it succeeds....not one single country represented in this forum has the moral high ground of saying that they never supported negative elements(separatists/militants/dictators) in other countries to fulfill their interests. When you have a perfect state that does not get involved in other's business you can come and criticize the US.

Democracy is not part of freedom, freedom is part of democracy. Since your favourite regime is doing everything against democracy that is why you have this allergy towards democracy. People enjoy basic freedom if there is true democracy. People like you love to pass your affinity for North Korean style 'democracy' as democracy, to you true democracy like Turkey today is no democracy.

Wrong....Freedom is a basic concept. Democracy is much complex system to form government. It is just an expression of political freedom. And my point still stands.we can't have everything...so we choose what is best at the time.

Let's use common sense;
The Akp (incl. Erdogan) has been elected constantly since 2002. Support for the Akp is massive and unseen before in Turkish political history. You can go check up the election results. Erdogan would not need a thing like this to grab power, he'd have had plenty of time since 2002 to do so silently. Next election is in 2019, too early to do such a thing to score points. Now a cold fact for you; the government was already working on rooting out suspected Gulenists in the army before the coup. One of the measures to be taken was retiring some generals in the upcoming YAS meeting (top board meeting for the army). Suspicious generals would be retired and replaced, thus they would lose their authority and power within the army. It's no wonder that the coup attempt came as a desperate last effort before Gulenist generals would lose their authority and power, thus not being able to abuse their position anymore, in the upcoming YAS meeting.

It is not only the akp that is against the coup, but all opposition and the Turkish society. Turkey was never united this much in recent years. Of course the state must clean up, after all those Gulenists have been infiltrating state institutions since the 80's, if not earlier. Thank Gulen for uniting us. Must watch:

Are you gonna tell us that any state in the world should not root out such parasites?

You sound like the typical foreigner influenced by western mainstream media. Had this coup happened in the US, the whole world would be shocked and talking about it night and day, but if it happens in Turkey the situation gets downplayed and Erdogan must be behind it. The putschists have become the victim, the govt has become the one to blame according to Western mainstream media. Laughable.

Those who oppose democracy typically say that, by 'everything' they mean democratic rights. As I said proponents of north Korean style democracy are the real threats to democracy.
