Christian Television Station set on fire in Pakistan

try me and hell will freeze over before you get anywhere..............

Exactly !! You are the mirror image of the people you are criticizing. They burned down the Christian station down when they did not like what was broadcast. Now you threaten free speech here. You both are opposite sides of the same coin.

Free speech? Go ahead. However, if you twist ONE more word, "mullah" style, and you have had it.

My dear gawd.......... even here you're soooooo wrong......... if you ever took the time to learn about the composition of Coke and Pepsi, then you'd understand that the ONLY thing common between the two was the color (obviously the fizzy element too)............. whatever, let's not digress and not hijack the thread anymore.........let's get back to the BAD BAD arab-lickin, Quaid-hatin muslims of Pakistan....... burn burn from inside....... but wait, you're not even a Pakistani I bet, most probably a Canadian fifth column with some connection to Arab terror cells. Am I getting warm? :D

We have seen your style too. It is as different as Coca Cola is from Pepsi Cola !

Oh look more anti minority violence in Pakistan, and oh look a similar poster is trying to justify it. A pattern is emerging, isn't it?

What you will call those violent incidents where people get killed in bomb blasts, in mosques or schools? anti majority violence? I mean every Pakistani suffered in the hand of violence and terrorism then why we make it minority vs majority things for our own political agenda

You both are opposite sides of the same coin.

"All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing" - Edmund Burke

Hint: Evil has to be opposed.

* I live in a society that in principle is opposed to any form of discrimination against others on the basis of religion, sect, race, gender, disability and sexuel preferance.

And I validate that even if at private level I feel bit iffy about the latter.

And @Aminroop nice to see you around, I was kinda missing you. You know the kinda missing where you go to place and you get used to somebody being there and then one day they are not.

Sir,
was that a compliment or a sarcastic comment?

@Aminroop

You know how I jog and walk everyday in my local park. Last week I took rest on the bench and got to talking to posh English gent who was reading "Of Mice and Men". He was quite senior ( 75 ) and next thing he started to tell me about his fascinating life. Apparently he had been a conductor with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. Soon the we moved the inevitable Islamic radicalism etc.

Anyway he then dropped the bombshell that he was gay. I must admit I wanted to leg it. But manners kept me tied to the bench. Then he told of how his strict army officer dad had flipped when he found out.

When I left I felt certain relief because of my own prejudice and feeling uneasy. Few days later I saw him again and I was in bind. What do I do? Ignore him? However fighting my own prejudice and even disgust I actualy made a point of sitting and having a chat with him. I felt better for it.

Point I am making is referance to Edmund Burke. Sometimes evil has to be opposed, sometimes even within yourself for we all have failings. I think we could do with infusion of that thinking in Pakistan. Would make for better and civilized society all round.

sane posts

They say there is beauty in symmetry. So I try to balance insanity with sanity. This is my contribution to the former. I don't need to introduce you to the latter.

All these fucking Pakistani's have they not learned anything from the shit happening in India, or Syria or Libya or Iraq? Why do they want to burn their own country in ethnic fires?

This is a clear case of religious terrorism and must be dealt with as such without any reservations.

I hope the sympathizers of Talibans terrorists also get the same message. Nice language from a "Think Tank".

What are the reasons that you are in UK ? British Pakistanis are famous for grooming young white girl or may be to live close to your Mirza.
May be Christians were pretending to be Muslims too

Your correlation doesn't even make sense. Anti Majority violence is not being committed by people from minority communities. Are the minorities targeting the majority? Are the attackers on mosques and schools etc christians? Hindus? Ahmadis? Are there rallies held where minorities are villifed and called traitors? Are churches and temples blaring out hate speeches calling for their followers to kill Muslims etc? Are people from the "majority" barred from holding certain public office?

Look, I condemn all violence whether directed at the majority or minority. But minorites are a much softer target. Recent mob violence will tell you that.
