That is very emotional way to look at a very complex war in Afghanistan.- We will never forget Salala. It was not a mistake.
- We don't pride the F-16s. They are a necessity. We learnt from them and created our own F-16 which is the JF-17. JF-17 is the replacement for F-16.
- The Americans already tried to wreck Pakistan through covert terror activities in Afghanistan. Not very successful if you ask me. Now it is our turn to return the favour and we will.
- It was a long time ago when the Americans provided F-16s to Pakistan. That too very reluctantly. They had to because they needed ISI and Pakistan against the Russians. The Americans again provided F-16s during WoT because they needed Pakistan. The Americans never provide anything for free. The Americans are not going to give any F-16s to Pakistan today nor in the future.
- Christine Fair is a good reflection of US mindset. Whilst not every individual or institution openly spews venom against Pakistan, they all agree on the dangers that Pakistan represents to their hegemony.
- Pakistan and the US are light years apart. Our interests collide. Whilst the US pampers its rape buddy India, we have a sincere ally named China.
I would like to bring your attention to her phrase "I'm an American ", "I have PHD". She said these phrases to defend her intellect which shows that she was frustrated and therefore went to any length to explain her point and used phrases like
1." no one in Pentagon likes Pakistan "
Fact check : our army Cheif was given 21 gun salute "
2. Everyone who is involved in Afghanistan hates Pakistan
Fact check: US president asked Pakistan to help forge a deal mechanisms
3. Kasab father 4 days
Fact check She can understand the difference between hindko and punjabi but she cant differentiate between kasab hindi accent vs urdu.
US works for its interests and you may not know in public but when serious interests are at stake US don't give a damn about Israel either.
Pakistan is in better position long term if it stays involved with both China and US.
China brings rich history of warfare as it gave birth to Sun tsu and his Art of War
US brings the knowledge, technology and techniques of all the warfare experience of west combined.
Being close to China and very important for US Pakistan is in very unique position to be close to two dominant powers of future . Now it's on Pakistan to play its cards right and if we can get over our petty small minded domestic politics we can in great position and rare position in the world.
Imagine F35, J20, Jf17X(stealth) ,f16s around 2025? Now that is dream fulfilled of having an airforce second to none not even Israel can have best of both west and east.
