#2 It is only Vietnam that carries out fishing and exploits oil/gas in its EEZ waters based on UNCLOS. Go and check: the oil/gas fields are within China´s 9-dash-claim. China tried several times to stop Vietnam oil explorations but never had success. Neither success to fish in VN´s waters.
#3 Vietnam cooperates with international firms to exploit rescources including Russia and America. That shows the world community shares Vietnam´s view. No foreign firm cooperates with China if it comes to VN´s waters.
#4 Vietnam Navy conducts regulary patrols in its waters including Paracels and Spratlys. The Airforce SU-27 jets conduct air patrol over the entire SC Sea.
#4 It is Vietnam who controls the most islands in the SC Sea.
#5 Vietnam has the ability to defend against any venture from China.
