Come on, it’s obvious that he meant he can carry out the surgical strike on China in Bollywood. They missed the Bollywood part of the quote. For Indians, it’s always and forever just Bollywood when it’s surgical strike against China and Pakistani.

Indian military must be crushed instead of going for negotiation. China has been showing too much mercy to these Indian rodents.
