That is between you and him to agree or disagree upon.

Is nationalism like new to you? Like a recent took upon fashion?

Haha. Keep living in that delusion. Indian Muslims are out of the 'we' equation.

Stay on topic please brothers.

To every person his views. I don't expect entire China to have favorable views. We even have many Pakistanis who hate Pakistan with passion.

Of course, but the issue here is magnified due to the fact he occupies a prominent position.

.
His opinion about Uigyur is really retarded and dangerous. if Chinese government doesnt put him into jail because of this speech, there will be something not right about the leadership policy toward Uigyur.

There are 7.8 Billion people and everyone has 2000 opinions. How much value can you give to one person's one opinion out of 7.8 Billion multiplied by 2000?

There are all kinds of people. Within a family there are those who dislike their family. Let's be realistic and give as little value to such things as they deserve.

The person who reported this video or is running this threat is doing disservice to this forum as he is showing you 0.000000000000000000001% opinion, making you feel as if it is the opinion of the majority or a Nation.

@waz - this thread was never needed to be opened with reference to a friendly Nation. I hope you consider closing it.

Thank you for that. It would be nice for a complete translation, especially between 28 second onwards. He does mention Pakistan by name.

He mentioned Pakistan along with all the other central asian stans. If I have to go out on a limb and make a guess, he may be referring to elements in these lands covetly encouraging separatism in Xinjiang. This is mere conjecture, because the video clip is too short for me to determine with any degree of confidence what he really meant.

.
Can you lay out the translation please in mandarin and English. He also does mention Pakistan and that is clear.

@waz, I think you should check the translation, ask some members here before post it. Regards.

I said, it's wrong translation. If you don't believe me, why should I translate? If you are confident on the translation of anti China propaganda, you don't need my translation.

Again, the translation is wrong!

Thank you for your help.
Honestly this man should be spoken to , as what he comes out with can be used for many nefarious purposes.

I watched the video.

While he doesn't call for ethnic cleansing and claims that he has the support of many Uighur students, he is calling for Han Chinese to guard these provinces (Xinjiang and Tibet) and make sure they are not lost. He also jokes that Xinjiang is surrounded by countries that aren't good, all of the stans basically.

I mean he is a nationalist jerk, but honestly I hear way more inflammatory stuff every day in the US media so maybe I am desensitized.

Yes, I don't know from where you said He support ethnic cleansing of Uyghur? @waz
He personally supporting uyghur students to go to college and get higher education.

So Xinjiang can become a better place than all 'damn' stans country. The translate is wrong, Its not fu*king, the more precisely translation is like ordinary americans using 'damn'

This is the full video, mostly talling about China-US trade war, in 2016, probably outside China jurisdiction (for overseas Chinese)

That's fine but he clearly says Pakistan, and there's no equivalent word in Mandarin so hence my questions on translation. Chinese posters have cleared this up and he does speak about Pakistan in an negative manner.

The thing is that here in US the f word is very common. People use it as a joke everytime. Same goes to n word. I had a professor in my English 101 class and he used it all the time. It was frustrating at first but we got used to of it after realizing his way of explaining and conversing.

But like I said, I don't expect every single person or even professor or even a military/govt personal for that matter to love Pakistan. It's a huge country of 1.3 billion.

.
Thank you for the clearing this. This is insulting and this man needs to be spoken to by the authorities. I know they read the content on here.

@waz bhai

We sure about them CPP reading this forum?

I dont know where is your moral values ? Do you agree that a Pakistani professor saying publicly in front of formal forum in Pakistan saying that Pakistani government need to ethnically cleansing Hazara community is something that should not be intervened by police ?

Chinese member here anyway has said this is not true, but I need neutral member like @Rasengan and @Foxtrot Delta to confirm it.

Yes bro, I know. But like I said, they have an enormous population of 1.3billion, as for me I can't expect every single person, professor, military or govt personal to have a favorable thoughts wrt Pakistan. But that's just me. Also I haven't watched the video yet so I can't say for sure but there are many who use that f word in every sentence.

there is subtle difference in slang, joke, political wordplay, those can easily be understood by native speakers.

I can read and write English, but I am not fluent in English. Some subtle in jokes, slang I can't get it.

He is a good professor, every words he said is rightful.

As a moderator, you are not fluent in Chinese, but you post it regardless. This is not good practice, and cause unnecessary fight, leveraged by China/Pakistan enemies.

Again, ETIM are laughing at our stupidity. I don't want to waste my time on those meaningless topic.

For those who would like to believe those propaganda, stuff their mind with hatred, so be it.
