Chinese professor calls Pakistan not a good country, especially anything with f*cking 'stan' in name

The statements of this particular China profesor bothered me a lot. And in his line of territorial heritage, the calling of Kangxi emperor and other can be easily to be directed on other front especially in South China sea. His calling remind me of manifest destiny....

I feel like these types of mindsets have been rising in the last 10 years. China has been transforming from a previous victim of imperialism into an imperialist mindset. With the uber nationalistic regime of Xi Jinping, there is little that keeps these people in check.

I am actually not familiar with him. He did use the term "他妈的“,which is a pretty mild curse word similar to damn/darn in English. It's far less intense than "fucking". Depening on the context the term may even be used to refer to a friend. As for the broad Sino-Pakistan relations the Chinese public has a very positive attitude.

Thank you for that. It would be nice for a complete translation, especially between 28 second onwards. He does mention Pakistan by name.

If any prominent Indonesian is saying he is in favor of ethnically cleansing Papuan just like this Chinese professor said publicly about Uigyur (if true), he will surely be jailed for at least 2 years.
Bcs ID dont have the policy to attack all countries sharing the borders like CN.

Since thousands years ago, CN emperors thought that CN is the only civilized nation while the rest r barbarians and nid tobe enlighten by CN culture, thats why CN is so big now

I dont agree with what he says, he also do not represent CPC or the whole Chinese of PRC.
If there is one criminal in a country, do we generalize the whole country just by a single person.
He is an extremist. I am sure he will have a tea session with authorities.

I hope they do visit this chap. He may be intelligent within his niche academic field, but he needs to stop talking about politics, especially when he thinks nothing of insulting China's closest friend.

Is he really a prominent Chinese character?
Is he awarded a national prize?
Is his opinion heard by Chinese leaders and people?
The only thing we know: he is a professor at a university

Many Chinese scholars praise the relationship between China and Pakistan
A Chinese scholar insulted Pakistan and later Pakistanis thought that all Chinese scholars and citizens hated Pakistan.

Why do Pakistanis think that all Chinese people must love Pakistan? Why do Pakistanis think that all Chinese people are responsible for someone's opinion? What benefits will Pakistan get from retaliating and attacking China?

You have to visit Pakistan to see that people love China or not. China is a huge country and I'm pretty sure there will be people who dislike Pakistan but I'm sure there are more people who like Pakistan. Same is the case in Pakistan.

We in Pakistan see only 2 countries as closest. China and Turkeye.

If true he used the term 他妈 then I can’t help him.

I can but this forum is both racist and nationalistic, it makes me realise after all I am an Indian, lol.

Good on you. Though you'll be in for a shock when you go to the Indian defence forums and see their thoughts on Muslims, hope you can stomach that. Stuck between a rock and a hard place aren't you? Tsk tsk.

You're right. On the PDF, a member of Bangladesh attacked and insulted China for the reason that Chinese companies in Bangladesh did not allow Bangladeshi workers to pray during working hours.

The main purpose of the company is to make a profit. If religion and work conflict, then negotiate in the first place to avoid conflict. If the two sides can't find a solution, don't go to work at that company. And Bangladeshi people choose to work, receive money, and insult Chinese companies for not respecting their religion. They constantly blame Chinese companies for being greedy and selfish. This is a kind of weird logic.

Many more Chinese oversea companies will confront with such tough paradoxical situation. Except the daily operating activities of the factory, the Chinese investor has to get along well with the local policies, weither political, civilian, cultural or religional differences. They may do something "wrong" by the local peoples' definition, but they do have to take more risks. No offence, but it's true average productivity of a Chinese worker is higher, the requirement of working time or intensity is totally fine for Chinese workers, even some of them even offer to work overtime just to make money. So I agree with you that any details of working rules should be settled at the very beginning, it's a two way selection, it's not mandatory. I'm OK with that Chinese companies comply with local rules, in return for this, the local authority should protect foreign compan's interest.

Why such contempt of the poor?

Does he have rich neighbor who bully him?

We have people in Pakistan who live in gated communities secluded from the masses and they have utter contempt for anyone slightly poorer than themselves.

Maybe poverty is a mental thing not material
