Why are Indians so desperate to make this infringement into their land by China as a success for India? Chinese soldiers are still eating and sh1tting on Indian land - you decide whose got the upper hand.

Why hasn't Foreign ministry or defence ministry put out a statement that Chinese occupation that occured at such and such place has been cleared using XYZ mechanism .
Or is it the case of disowning the area where chinese pitched their tents as our own and claim it isn't an intrusion as its not our area.
Few weeks back sat pics were doing rounds that they have erected 100 tents on indian soil. Have they been dismantled or we aren't counting them to be on our area now. Because Chinese always said that they are within their own land and jurisdiction and have not intruded.

If you read the American newspaper carefully it says China thrashed India in 1962 and 1965. Indians show a short 2:43 min edited video of a single PLA soldier getting attacked by a group of Indian soldiers. It didn't want to show the beginning and the ending part showing Indian soldiers like this.

Why post a pic ? Why not a video ? Images can be easily doctored. PRetty sure the Chinese have cell phones with video recording.

Also, in the case of Indian beating, the entire Chinese convoy was standing and watching the Chinese and the humvee getting attacked and thrashed. That's cowardice. This pic, even if true, doesn't show any other Indians around.

I have to agree here.

Satellite images from almost all sources are showing that there were minor incursions which have already been cleared. Even neutral sources have shown those images. But the government must come clean about what exactly is happening there now and what the ongoing negotiations are about.
