Russia does not care anymore, Russia wants more revenue from defence sale as Russia hit by sanction.
Also forgot to mention that MBT3000 ammo store capability:38 round where most of new gen tanks have around 45 rounds

For offensive eqpt ike top class fighters, MBTs or subs, political will is THE FACTOR. Our current political leadership is too dependent on India for their political / physical survival to dare to offend that country.
