How would someone know about one Uighur officer turning on his colleagues when we don't know about the millions thrown in to concentration camps?

Another reason is CCP brainwashing is really efficient. The video shows how children are ingrained with extreme nationalism from the very get go, when those kids grow up, China will be their idol and disobeying the Chinese would be blasphemy and result in great personal depression.

It's the same reason you don't see any country's military personnel turn on each other even in the face of extreme horrible crimes they commit.

The whole of Urumqi and Kashgar is a gigantic open prison for Uighurs and China is giving this perception of nothing is happening by allowing tourists but with extreme surveillance and not allowing them to photograph anything except abandoned mosques and tourist spots and not even talk to people.
