Are you a frequent traveler of any airline companies? Hey, GS, let me help you articulate. Basically our Vietnam friend Viva has two options in his mind (if not dream):

1) Help China survive from TPP - Pro: May develop into Switzerland with China offering help on our knees; Con: Won't take back those islands from China as China remains strong
2) Let China die from TPP - Pro: Will take back those islands from China; Con: Won't develop into Switzerland because China dies thus no help available from China

You know what, GS, I've found the best solution for our friend Viva:
Just help China survive from TPP - Pro: Develop into Switzerland with China offering help on our knees, PLUS ask China to give back those islands to Vietnam!!

Con 2: For government of a dying military power, launch a war against a weak neighboring country will be a natural and immediate response. Because this is the easiest way to make its economic machine running again, meanwhile also rebuild peoples' trust on the government.
