You don't have your own construction companies ? If you don't have the expertise, then it's a different thing. But I don't believe Pakistani construction companies will not have that kind of expertise for which you will have to outsource the entire construction project to a foreign vendor.

As in for roads and motorway's construction we have NHA and FWO.. but for such contructions
Yes. you are right. we don't have well-known construction companies. even after 2005 earth quick there was not a single concrete cutter in Pakistan.
there is a need for such companies in Pakistan. Until we don't have such companies ,,, Chinese will construct. and i don't think anything is "bad" in this... Turkish built Lahore motorway. where was you then ?? Chinese building Nuclear plants in UK,, so ?

There is nothing wrong in taking help from foreign consultants/companies who have more expertise in the matter. However, the implementation has to be done in such a manner, that it benefits the local population, gives a boost to the local industries also. If you are putting it all in foreign hands and just paying for it, then you are doing it wrong. That will become a loop difficult to break.

For you to read. Every investment falls under some rules and regulations. If a construction company is investing in Pakistan, obviously it will collaborate with local suppliers and companies on various stages. God knows, from where have you come up with all the nity-grity of this agreement.
There is no mention on how it will work up on this project. You have just made up all the story on your own.

It is a "Boom" and STFU you loser indian rat
Seems Dawn got the latest tranche of money from RAW.Just coz one small town was bypassed Dawn is quick to make CPEC "Dust".

DAWN.COM is just a traitor journalist to all pakistanis. It will only worshiped the western and pop out news or journalist that looks to dis stabilised any Pakistan economy progress.

Look at its selective statement it choose to present China investment in pakistan. Any true patriotic pakistanis shall tear down this website and journalist.

I didn't see anything wrong in it... they are just highlighting the issues which are being faced by Pakistanis in GB and on border region with china..

See, the report clearly says, it is a Chinese construction company which is exclusively doing the project. That's the whole point. Obviously, the supplies will not come from China as well.
My suggestion is, it would have been the right way, if any Pakistani company was doing the project, may be with Chinese consultancy if required.

.
There are rules for that. As for example, the FDI regulations in India ensure that the local companies benefit from any project.

Check the regulations here :Foreign Investments in India

No, you are ignorant and now trying hard to be stupid. Check the regulations.
and you are judging me wrong.
The mistake you are committing is that you are comparing CPEC with the theme park. CPEC is an agreement between the state of Pakistan and China and most of CPEC is being supervised by Pak Army since this is a long term strategic project between two countries with great implications for the region and the world. Theme park is project of govt of Punjab and they awarded the contract to a Chinese company. These are two totally incomparable things.

CPEC supervised by PA ? that's weird. Can you expand upon that ?

.
Too early to say anything but knowing Pakistanis, I wouldn't be surprised if silk road turns out to be 'dust' for Pakistan. Just this evening an 'analyst'(Haroon Rasheed on Dunya) was claiming Chinese companies are notorious worldwide for corruption.

Why it is weird? Our army takes part in construction of the national infrastructure due to their well trained, disciplined and skilled professionals in FWO and Engineering Corps.
