Even if patents are awarded to incremental improvements, and the Mengshi is not an exact copy but improvement of the Humvee, so the hell what?
That doesn't negate any of the advantages the Mengshi has, and at the end of the day, thats what makes the difference because military power is a competition. Besides thats globalization for you, America isnt the only country that can play the game, and its about time an Eastern country, better yet an ally if not ourselves finally made good on an opportunity and began turning the table slightly. A precedent is a catalyst.
But It would be cool if Pak got some of those, would definately be an improvement over here.
BTW, does neone have the stats, its worth checking out and seeing if its really the hype, and what the Chinese had to trade off on when designing the vehicle.
