The West has power because they got what all ruling rich elites of the world wish, including Chinese rich and powerful people.

So China wont achieve more power increasing GDP.

The graph you posted is useless, because is life expectancy from all general people.

A little example, here in Spain the difference of life expectancy of a big city (Barcelona) between the poorest district (Ciutat Vella) and the richest (Sarria Sant Gervasi), it's about 6 years of life.
That's the difference from common health treatments and expensive healthcare treatments, about the way of life, and so on.
