I am surprised on the people that while the whole world is sinking they r clapping that as a result of world being sunk china will loat its customers and will become weak without realizing that they themselves r part of sinking ship

If we only had pigs left to feed. ASF pretty much halved our breeding stock. And farmers are still slaughtering sows because many farmers didn't make it through the quarantine financially, and those who did may still decide to quit the business given current extreme pork prices.

With how things are now, it will take at least 80-90 weeks to counter the downward trend in the breeding stock.

The state must ban slaughter of breeding stock, and bail out farmers, or our pig industry is not making out of this.

If anybody should be rioting from lack of meat and protein in the diet, it should be Indians. Figures are from 2010 but I don't have anything more recent. Both countries have over 1.3 billion people.
